I’m Patti Omalley, owner and lead instructor at 360 Florida Real Estate School. I still work in real estate, so what I teach comes from real transactions and real experience, not just a textbook.
I teach the Florida 63-hour pre-license course in person in Clermont, and I support my online students throughout Florida. My goal is pretty simple: I want you to understand the material, not just memorize enough of it to get through a test.
If you have a question, ask it. If something doesn’t make sense, we’ll go through it again. That’s how I teach, and it’s one of the reasons I keep my classroom classes small.
